| I don't know if I can name them as juveniles. They are definately far away from beeing 11cm (they are about 6-7cm), thus I have never seen a member of the D. ochrophaeus complex beeing 11cm long. Both of my D. orestes carry eggs, so I guess they are little adults? Teenage-maybe-moms? Best Greetings, Kamil | |

| @Tator: 60*30*30cm together with 2 D. carolinensis - tank-pictures will follow soon
@fred: sub-adult is not correct...subadults do not have eggs.
Best Greetings,

| @fred: you see, i have no clue how to name them! I have been told, that D. carolinensis breeds best when they are small, like 2-3 years old with about 5-7cm length. I have also never seen a member of the Desmognathus ochrophaeus complex beeing bigger than 7cm or so... So I think the label "adult" fits best?
Best Greetings,
