Handbook of Genetics, Vol. 4 : Vertebrates of Genetic Interest, par Robert C., King, 1975, page 15 :
"...a color variation has been found in the F2 of a pair of this species (
Pleurodeles waltl) captured in the wild (La Croix and Capuron, 1970). This mutant m ("mélanique") is comparable to the melanoid mutant in the axolotl in having an increased number of melanophores and in lacking iridophores."
ce qui peut se traduire par :
"...une variation de couleur a été trouvée dans la descendance F2 d'un couple de cette spèce (
Pleurodeles waltl) capturé dans la nature (La Croix et Capuron, 1970). Ce mutant m ("mélanique") est comparable au mutant mélanoïde chez l'axolotl en ce sens qu'il a une densité accrue de mélanophores et une absence d'iridophores."
Quelqu'un a-t-il entendu parler de ce caractère chez le pleurodèle ?
